Most importantly, even professionals like speakers get nervous when they lead. So, why worry about these normal fears? It’s important to remember these feelings are part of growing in our roles.

Also, there’s another angle to consider. Some think imposter syndrome is designed to hold back strong leaders. This suggests the issue isn’t just personal but also impacts society.
